At the end of the Super Smash Bros. 4metagame, Marth found himself at the very top of our tier list.Powerful finishers, a solid recovery, and an excellent damage-racker in Dancing Blade eclipsed the movesets of every other character. Marth has fallen off significantly in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and now struggles to contend even for a mid-tier ranking. For more information on why that is, go give his wiki pagea read. Oh, how the mighty have fallen. In the late Super Smash Bros. 4 metagame, Lucina was unarguably the strongest fighter available. All she needed was Dancing Blade and forward smash — it only took those two moves to rip almost every other character to shreds. That’s no longer the case in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, though; instead of being top-tier,she’s merely mid-tier. If you’d like to learn more about her metagame history, check out her corresponding wiki page.Otherwise, let’s jump right into today’s training!
Chrom was probably the least controversial Fire Emblem newcomer we’ve had in a long time! He’s Roy’sEcho Fighter, which might lead you to believe that the two fighters are similar. And they are! But despite that, Chrom performs noticeably better in tournaments, and it’s all thanks to his more consistent hits (Roy has a reverse tipper sweetspot, whereas Chrom has none at all). If you’d like to learn more about Chrom’s admittedly-short metagame history, feel free to read his corresponding wiki page.Otherwise, let’s jump right into today’s training!Continue reading How to train a Chrom amiibo in Super Smash Bros. Out of all the Fire Emblem fighters available in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Ike might just be the strongest — or at least, he was until Bylethcame around to claim that spot. Regardless, Ike was pretty good in Super Smash Bros. 4 and he’s pretty good in this game, too. His unique traits – which include strong attacks, strong attacks, and strong attacks – all contribute to Ike’s respectable position on our tier list.If you’d like to learn more about his metagame history, please refer to his wiki page.Otherwise, let’s jump right into today’s training!

There are a lot of underrepresented characters in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. In fact, if you’ve read many of our training guides, you might have noticed that the word “underrepresented” is kind of a synonym for “a bad character”. That’s not the case with Robin, though: of all the underrepresented fighters in Ultimate, Robin might just have the most potential. If you’d like to learn more about their metagame history, feel free to do so over at their corresponding wiki page.Otherwise, let’s jump right into today’s training!
