fammydamammy is a member of the community who first joined in November 2019. He is considered one of the strongest amiibo trainers in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate across vanilla and Spirited amiibo tournaments, and currently holds a total of 140 tourney wins. He is especially well-known for his work with the Wario, Captain Falcon, Mii Brawler, Dr. Mario, and Little Mac FPs.
In Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
In 2019, fammydamammy joined the Exion Discord community in order to further Wario’s standing in the amiibo metagame. He relentlessly trained over one hundred Wario iterations for several months to help the character reach its full potential. Prior to fammydamammy’s arrival in the community, Wario was an uncommon tournament entry. After months of testing, he began showing strong results with the character — and is responsible for his mid-tier status. Additionally, fammydamammy was able to pick up the first-ever tournament wins for both Mega Man and Mii Brawler.
As time passed, fammydamammy solidified himself as one of the strongest amiibo trainers in the metagame. Over the course of several years, he has won tourneys with Mario, Link, Villager, Mr. Game & Watch, Terry, Min Min, Mii Swordfighter, Joker, Mii Gunner, Ganondorf, Pichu, Donkey Kong, Falco, Cloud, Pit, Little Mac, Ryu, Robin, Incineroar, Snake, Ice Climbers, and many more — in addition to wins with every other character mentioned here thus far. He would also go on to achieve strong placements in some of the largest amiibo tournaments ever hosted. These include the Raid Boss Open, Cohost Majors 1-4, The LittlePotatOpen, Amiibology, Amiibology 2, and the Captain Kidd Amiibo Invitational.
Thanks to his excellent tour performance, fammydamammy soon became one of the first amiibo trainers to become sponsored. He was first sponsored by Amiibologists, then Hookshot Gaming, and then Spawnpoint before their contract expired in November 2021. As of today, fammydamammy has a total of 140 amiibo tournament wins across 28 characters. A full list of them can be found here.
